Ford F-250 / Super Duty
DOT-Certified Mounted Ratchet Straps for Ford F-250 and Super Duty
The only US-patented, DOT-certified mounted strap system built for heavy-haul Ford trucks. Direct BoxLink replacement. No drilling. Built for the loads Super Duty owners actually carry.
Super Duty Trucks Carry More. The Straps Should Match.
The Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty are not leisure trucks. They haul job site equipment, tow gooseneck trailers, carry commercial loads, and work every day. The tie-down system in the bed should be held to the same standard as the truck itself.
RAD Truck Straps are the only mounted ratchet strap system in this category with DOT certification under FMCSA cargo securement standards. That is not a feature — it is a compliance threshold. For Super Duty owners hauling commercial loads, contractor equipment, or anything that requires documented securement, RAD is the only mounted strap that qualifies.
And for Super Duty owners who simply want a strap system that matches the quality of the truck — CNC-machined steel plates, hand-assembled in the USA, backed by a granted US patent — RAD is still the only answer.
DOT Certification on a Super Duty Is Not Optional for Commercial Use
Under FMCSA regulations (49 CFR Part 393), cargo securing equipment used in commercial applications must meet defined strength and performance standards. DOT-certified straps provide documented compliance. Non-certified straps do not.
Super Duty owners operating as contractors, fleet operators, or commercial haulers need this documentation. RAD Truck Straps provide it. No other mounted strap brand in the category currently claims DOT certification.
For recreational Super Duty owners: DOT certification means the straps have been tested to a federal standard, not a number printed on a product listing.
Ford Super Duty Compatibility
All Super Duty trucks listed below use the factory BoxLink anchor system. RAD installs directly into those points with no drilling, no modification, and no permanent changes to the truck bed.

What Super Duty Owners Use RAD For
The F-250 and Super Duty line attracts a different buyer than the F-150. These are work trucks. The loads are heavier, the consequences of a failed strap are higher, and the need for documented compliance is real. RAD is built for this.
Toolboxes, lumber, scaffolding, compressors, and equipment that needs to stay put between job sites. DOT certification covers you when the load is commercial.
Equipment, mowers, implements, and seasonal gear. A permanently mounted system means the straps are always where you need them — not in the cab or the garage.
Full-size side-by-sides and UTVs in a Super Duty bed. The 400 lb workload limit per strap and 1,200 lb break strength handle real off-road equipment.
Ranch equipment, hunting ATVs, livestock transport, and field gear across rough terrain. Straps that stay mounted and stay ready.
Contractors and fleet operators standardizing securement across multiple Super Duty trucks. DOT certification satisfies procurement requirements.
Full-size touring bikes and heavy cruisers. The permanently mounted position means consistent anchor points every time you load.

The Only Mounted Strap That Meets Every Standard
DOT Certified for Commercial Use
The only mounted strap brand with DOT certification. FMCSA compliant under 49 CFR Part 393. For Super Duty owners with commercial loads, this is the only option that qualifies.
US Patent No. 12594871
Granted US patent on the mounting plate system. The original. Every copy in the market came after RAD and holds no patent protection.
CNC-Machined Steel
Solid steel mounting plates machined to precision tolerance. The fit in BoxLink anchor points is exact because the plates are machined, not approximated.
Hand-Assembled in the USA
Every kit is assembled and inspected by the RAD team before it ships. Family-run American manufacturing. Not a fulfillment center.
15-Minute Install on Any 2017+ Ford Super Duty
Ford Super Duty trucks from 2017 onward come with factory BoxLink anchor points in the bed rail. RAD replaces those anchor plates directly. One tool. No drilling. No permanent modification to the truck.
- Locate the two factory BoxLink anchor points on your Super Duty bed rail, one on each side.
- Remove the factory BoxLink anchor plates with a 10mm socket or wrench.
- Position the RAD CNC-machined steel mounting plate in the same location.
- Secure with the included 10mm hex head hardware.
- Attach the RAD strap housing to the mounting plate.
- Pull and confirm retraction. Install complete.
