The ratchet strap your F-150 was built for
Ford put BoxLink anchor points in your truck bed. RAD puts a permanently mounted, auto-retracting ratchet strap on each one. No drilling. About 15 minutes. Straps ready every time you back up to something that needs hauling.
Fits every F-150with BoxLink anchors
Ford introduced BoxLink tie-down anchors as a standard feature on F-150 trucks starting in 2015. The RAD mounting plate is machined to replace those anchors exactly — same bolt pattern, same thread pitch, tighter tolerances. If your F-150 has BoxLink, RAD installs without touching anything else.

No drilling. No bed liner removal. No 40-page manual. The existing BoxLink anchors unthread by hand. The RAD plate goes in the same holes. The strap housing bolts to the plate. Done before your coffee gets cold.
- Remove the factory BoxLink anchorsUnthread counterclockwise by hand or with a 10mm socket. They lift straight out. Keep them as a backup if you ever want to switch back.
- Place the RAD mounting plateDrop the CNC-machined steel plate into the existing BoxLink cavity. It sits flush with the bed rail. No shimming, no modification.
- Thread the 10mm hardwareInsert the included fasteners and tighten to spec. No torque wrench required for standard install.
- Clip the strap housing onto the plateThe retractable strap housing clicks and locks onto the mounting plate. Pull the strap out to test. Hit the button to retract. You're done.

What makes this different
We built this category
Jeramie invented the permanently mounted auto-retracting ratchet strap for his own F-150. Every competitor came after. The US patent is granted.
CNC-machined, not stamped
The steel mounting plates are machined from solid stock. That's why the BoxLink fit is exact. Stamped steel has tolerances measured in millimeters. Machined steel doesn't.
Pull. Hook. Done.
You back up to the lumber pile. You pull the strap. You hook it. You go. No fishing around under the back seat for a strap tangled around a water bottle.
Hand-assembled in the USA
One address. Jeramie and Dani's team builds every kit and inspects it before it ships. What they build is what you get.
F-150 questions answered straight
Does it fit my specific F-150 trim?
If your F-150 has factory BoxLink anchor points, RAD fits. BoxLink has been standard on XLT and above since 2015. Look in your bed rails — if you see oval metal tie-down anchors that thread in and out, you have BoxLink and RAD installs.
Will installing RAD void my F-150 warranty?
No. RAD installs into the existing BoxLink anchor holes using the same bolt pattern Ford designed for accessories. You are not drilling, cutting, or modifying the bed. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act prohibits manufacturers from voiding warranties solely because an aftermarket part was installed, provided the part doesn't cause damage. RAD does not.
Can I put the factory BoxLink anchors back?
Yes. Thread them back in exactly as they came out. Same holes. Two minutes per corner. You can switch between RAD and factory anchors as many times as you want.
Does it work with a spray-in bed liner?
Yes. The BoxLink holes punch through the liner from factory and stay open. The RAD plate sits in those existing holes. Drop-in liner owners lift the liner at the corners to access the BoxLink holes — the plate sits under the liner lip.
What about the F-150 Lightning?
The Lightning uses the same BoxLink anchor system as the standard F-150. RAD fits identically. Same 15-minute install, same result.
How many kits do I need?
One kit (two straps, two plates) covers the rear BoxLink pair. A standard F-150 has four BoxLink points — two per rail. Two kits cover all four. Most setups work fine with the rear pair. Add a second kit for motorcycles or loads requiring four anchor points.
